After the problem of the colour wheel going out of sync (fixed), I removed the covers for a lens clean , however I found the mirror dish on one of the units missing a couple of mirrors as below.

Can you get another dish , will any other Abstract dish fit , or can the small mirrors be replaced ?
cheers

You can get plastic mirror from a car care shop and just cut to size. I repaired a mirror barrel on an Abstract XP3 with it. Worked a treat!
Edit: Just thought that it might be too close to the lamp and melt. Maybe not then.

What about the mosaic mirror tiles that you can buy from tile shops.

We've made our own before using little mirrors bought from the pound shop and cut to size using a good glass cutting tool. Bit fiddly but, after some practice, it's quite easy to do.

Give the unit a good shake and hear for rattling. they may be still knocking about inside!

I went to hobby craft in Havant , brought a packet of 10mm square mirrors for £2.69 ( about 25 bits) , now measuring the mirrors on the dish , they are 9mm square , so whats the best way to cut/grind these 10mm ones to size.

Maybe some sort of tile file. You wont be able to cut them.
