Have noticed in the last 10 years a major decline of the slowie even to the point of finding it difficult to find one for each year

So what are we playing as there just aint been no real slowies for years even valentine use to bring out a few not anymore/?????

Has R & B killed it????

I often offer an alternative at the end of the night, slowies, party-on or sing-song and very rarely do people want the slowies option, perhaps its viewed as a bit obvious. In the old days we always finished with the"erection section" or the "ration of passion"

Lmao! :teeth:

Na, I agree, slow dance requests are on the decline, in my experience... don't know why. I find that leading up to the final whistle, the dancefloor is as full as it ever was. This is because the people that hardly ever get up to dance are now p***ed enough to not care! :D

I only ever get slow dance requests at 9.30 when the party is in full swing!!
