Microsoft outlook and mobile phones

Hi Guys

Just wondering who else has this problem.

All my email enquiries come to me via microsoft outlook. And when I reply to them I copy and paste my logo and a facebook logo etc from a word document I have set up.

I have just found out that if I reply to an email which someone sent to me from their phone or Ipad, they are unable to see any logos.

Is this a common problem or is it just the way I have it set up?

Any advice on how to rectify it?

Are you sending the email as plain text or HTML.

Look in settings to see if you are replying ALWAYS in HTML or as plain text.

Hi Ian. Thanks for your reply. Although I am not sure. I did a quick check and think they are going out as HTML? Is that the way it should be, or is that what is causing the problem?

HTML is definitely what you want.

When your emails are received on iPhone etc is there an empty bow where the pictures should be? Or just the text of the email being sent.

I am using HTML. The version of outlook is 2003, but it does get updated. Last update yesterday.
