Just switched it on and only got 4 LEDs lighting up and flashing like mad.

Guessing it's a wiring issue but anyone else came across something similar before? It was working fine when it went away last week.

I got one of the earlier ones and the wiring is awful if you open it up?

The wires are very thin, the solder connections are stiff and so easily break, open it up look for a broken wire, stip it tin in resolder jobs a good one.

Yep...done just that.

One breakage in what I'm assuming is the common live or neutral.

I've got one of the newer ones and was fine until the other weekend got it out switched it on 6 leds out:eek:

Sent it back to Graham and it turned out a circuit board had gone but also some wiring had come adrift that was nothing to do with me!

Got it back Thursday and seems to be ok at the minute using it tonight so will find out.

As Neil says the wiring on the early ones was / is poor hence aed getting a new supplier.

Speak to AED as they do a quick ish repair service.

I know my way around it fairly we'll...a wiring diagram would help though....may give them a shoot lol
