My thoughts are that the pump needs changing, I cleaned it all and now dont pump out too far. Click picture for video

What did you clean with?
And have you checked front of nozzle ain't full of gunk,
Might wanna also check the condition of fluid supply pipe. If you've got poor air tightness, it makes the output a bit poo
Failing all this, your suspicions are correct, pump is on its way out

There is your problem. :p Deionised water and white vinger will really get it clean. Water on its own doesn't really do all too much.
