View Full Version : Not enough posts to sell.... Question?

Hi all

I have a couple of items to sell that may be of interest to other MDD members. However, I don't have enough posts to be able to list the items for sale as it seems you require 100 posts. As I see it I can either post a lot of drivel to make my post count up to 100 or i've seen on other forums where a member would be prepared to act as an intermediary. I really don't want to just post rubbish to get to 100 posts, so the second option would be preferred.

Failing that, I guess I could just bide my time till I get the the required post count, but i'd really like to sell these items sooner rather than later. Plus, i'd rather someone on here get a bargain than just list them on the well known auction site.

Thanks

Jem

We put the rule in because, unfortunately, too many people were taking advantage. (Not suggesting that you are / would be, so please don't think that).

There is always the option of becoming an MDD Supporter if you don't want to wait until you have the required 100 posts.

Thanks Angela

I didn't realise that being a supporter allowed you to circumvent this obstacle. Anyway, i'm happy to support the forum as i've learned so much here recently, Paypal is arranged and I guess i'm now a MDD supporter :).

Thanks

 Give us a little while (we still haven't sorted out the automatic system following the forum upgrade and it still needs to be changed manually).

As soon as Darren is around, he'll check the Paypal and do the necessary.

Thanks a lot! :thanks:

Thanks

I've written out the 'For Sale' ad's and submitted them for moderation :)
