I've suddenly stopped being able to add attachments onto emails - looked in all the usual places and tried a few suggested fixes but nothing works.
I'm on Safari (but same on Chrome if I switch), using Yahoo Mail and on a Mac.
If I try to add an attachment it looks like it's loading it but never completes.
Anyone got any ideas?

Ditch Yahoo and go to Hotmail.
We have had untold stupid problems with yahoo since the last upgrade about 6 months ago, a total disgrace for such a large organisation.
Not only attachment problems but also basic things like the ........g cursor jumping around.
Just my two bobs worth:daft:
ps I wouldnt bother with gmail either---they lost my ID for 6 months so I lost all my emails.
Hotmail has been the only consistent provider.
Waits for a shower of negatives

Just to follow up this nonesense on yahoo---
I just replied to a standard email on yahoo.
It bounced.:daft:
I forwarded same email to my hotmail account and resent the message---client confirms received.
Its enough to do your head in:Censored::Censored::Censored::Censored:

Thanks for that, I'll give Hotmail a go - I've got no particular loyalty to Yahoo or anyone else, as long as it works and is stable I'll be happy.

Another thing--Yahoos adding links system is very unpredictable.
If you enter a link in an email you can NEVER be certain it works--I spent ages double checking quotes with vid clips to see if they were actually working.
Absolutely crazy for such a large providers system to not function properly.
I never complained--its pointless emailing them.
They never reply in my experience.
Since switching to Hotmail my life has been much less stressful.
My son still uses it a lot--combined with a great deal of shouting and swearing at his Laptop cos it wont function properly--I dont think he will be able to stand it much longer---either switch to something else or punch the Laptop screen:daft::daft::daft:
