Seriously, another sad day for music. However at 84 he had quite a good 'innings' and I presume a great and interesting life.

Andy Williams - Fantastic "crooner" up there with the greats like Sinatra, Martin and co., imo. His music, especially Music To Watch Girls By and Can't Take My Eyes Off You, will continue to play a part in my shows for many years to come, I'm sure. And I'll continue performing one of my personal favourite tracks, Moon River, as long as I'm singing at the old karaoke!

Indeed a very sad loss.

At my sons birth i rolled into the maternity suite rather late!
(I had been pulling cables in a school all day till i got called)
Clutching my camera and a copy of Andy Williams Greatest Hits
double cd! . The surgeon about to perform the emergency section
on Mrs Sounds said "Youll definitely not be needing the second disc sir!"
needless to say Master Sounds was born to track 3 The House of Bamboo!
