From the logo I'd guess it is a Transcension model. I can't find a link to a "MK3" model but I did find this:

Yes these are the ones there is a link still on the Forum when i listed these for sale before Christmas.

Transcension W-FI DMX System Mk 3 there is a link on the Forum for sale when i listed them before Christmas normal price £ 230 a pair so big saving installed 6 of these last year work really well.
