I think either Ella or James Arthur.

Have to say the production side of it is fantastic. Would love to work their lighting boards and get my hands on some of that gear !

I would agree with Ella, but not sure about James Arthur. Maybe Jahmene? and I have probably spelt that wrong.

The budget for that show is massive and I think the company they use will need to keep impressing each year to be awarded the contract the following year. Its probably also part of a large contract for more than just X-Factor.

I would think Jahmene and then possibly Ella.The boy band will probably get the teen vote.
No time for James.His 'aggressive and ott emotional' style spoils it for me.
As for Chris.He will probably be with Charlie next year,on a boat.

James is a bit of an odd bloke but I really like what he does musically.

I think Rylan will do well afterwards. People must be voting him in just to annoy Barlow :D

James is the only one I can see having a career afterwards. He's got that Ed Sheeran/Professor Green type appeal.

I still watch it but don't find it as good as it used to be ( not that it was that great anyway ) but i feel if it's going to continue there will have to be big changes.

I think UnionJ ( crap name )are OK but the little chap with the guitar needs to become more integrated into the band.
