I've just revamped my old site www.d-j-u-k.com

I know it's done in flash, I will convert it as soon as I get a chance and the time.

I specialise in student parties. Any comments or suggestions welcome :)

Yes - get it out of Flash sooner rather than later.

I manage a lot of websites and as a rule of thumb around 20% of all traffic is now from mobile devices, with 80%+ of this from iOS devices. So you're already invisible to at least 15% of all potential visitors - that's before you add in those running desktop flash blockers, those under managed corporate systems with flash blockers etc.

I suspect that considering your target market (students etc.) that you're probably looking at something closer to 50%.

I'm not able to review the site content because I'm using my iPad :o

You're right. What's the easiest way to do an HTML site? I've only just got the hang of doing the flash ones :)

Rather than spending ages trying to create a decent HTML site, get in contact with Lee - Leap Creative ( he's in the advertisers section). He's good quality, not expensive and very fast at churning it out.

Cheers for the recommendation Rich :-)

To be honest, if you've got all the content already, it doesn't have to be too difficult to do. Depending on your skill level with HTML/CSS, I can give you some advice on building it yourself if you don't want to be paying money just yet - just give me a call and I'll talk you through the options. There's quite a few responsive frameworks out there that can be easy to work with - which is essential if you want to go for the mobile device market, which, as has already been mentioned, is a big advantage if you're targetting students.

Either way, the new design is nice and clean and suits the market well - just need to get it out of flash now :)
