Hi!

Got a pair of Class-D 12" speakers as mentioned in my last thread (Still need to write the long awaited intro!). They've got Speakon connectors on the back, and I'm currently without any Speakon to Speakon cables. I do have Speakon to Jack, but the Class-D connectors aren't combo. However, My question is, if anyone has the Prosound 1000, could they check to see if the speakon connectors on that are combo? If so i could just go jack out of it and then speakon into the speakers.

Thanks so much.

Joe

Sadly not, I have a 1000 knocking about I use for backup and it has standard speakon outputs only and bare wire. If your desperate, cut the jacks off and strip back to bare wire and use those

In the end I decided to buy an Adam Hall speaker stand and cable bundle (This (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Adam-Hall-Speaker-Stand-Cable/dp/B004BR2XSA/ref=sr_1_61?ie=UTF8&qid=1357857958&sr=8-61) for those who are interested). Spend money to make money!

Alternatively, you could have replaced the jack plugs with speakons. Fitting them is a doddle. Good luck with your new kit.
