Maybe so, but my AV has denied access so I've really no way of knowing if it's safe or not. If that's the case you have to consider how many potential customers of yours are being denied too. Something you need to look into. :beer1:

Those images have been off the site for maybe 2 days now, they were used for test purposes only on the site, and the site has never been live with them pictures on it.

Thank you for your comments, i agree, its not not a finish article by no means. I am working on getting some pictures for the website from events. The latest news section has to go, i agree, once again it was put there to fill a space not for a final product.

i have tried to keep it as contemporary as possible, i have a load of over crowded busy DJ websites, which just look confusing, and i just bounce right off them!

Maybe their firewall is extremely strict. I have viewed the website on many computers, on different networks and not once have i seen the issue, so its nice to know it exists, so it can be rectified.

What do you believe is there that makes you stand out from any other site a potential client might visit? What do you do or what angle do you have that's different enough to attract attention?

i was never aware that we had an issue with the domain back in 2011, as you can see by the footer of the page, the website was designed and made by somebody else until i decided to give it a go. i will look further into this

You need to look at grabbing the customers attention from the off.

We've discussed the banner picture in your other thread, but the website doesn't tell the customer anything about you until they dig further. They won't, trust me.
If you ask me, the huge banner picture is wasting space where you can tell the customer about you. Maybe reduce the size?
Try perhaps producing a promo video showing people dancing or perhaps people dancing in pictures.
Customers are interested in whether you are going to get bums off seats and on the dancefloor, not whether you have great setup. (Setup pics are good to validate your setup is smart but nothing more).

Make friends here and take a look at some of our websites. Personally I have spent a lot of time working on mine, it's not professionally done, but it is hopefully well laid out and engages the user pretty quickly with text, photos and videos, all without leaving the home page.

Well i deserved it, not Subzero, but me personally deserved it. So don't hold anything against the company for the use of someone else's picture, that lies solely with me :)

It is, and our rig/setup has only been seen by customers or friends & family, whom of which, have only good things to say, which you'd expect! Thats why i joined the forum, to see how we can improve, along with meeting new people & friends! :)

As to your comment about it not being a "flattering picture" - it's two real people who are very much in love. I'll never use stock images to get beautiful people.

Every picture on my site is from my events (well actually there's still one stock shot but it's nothing to do with a wedding). I believe using pictures from other peoples events is misrepresentation.

Seriously? I'm pretty sure Chrome's block list is linked to the Google Safe Diagnostics database. While this is handy, it relies on Google having previous data on the site in question and offers no protection for recent threats.

Unfortunately the damage is now done, it seems some time ago. We know that at least one Antivirus company (Shaun and I both use ESET AntiVirus) lists your domain as potentially dangerous as it has, in the past, hosted infected files.

The good news is, Google Safe Diagnostics does now list the site in question as safe (http://google.co.uk/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=www.subzeroentertainment.co.uk/) so it may be just a matter of time before you get yourself off the blacklist at AV companies.

Unfortunately, since the domain hosted infected files for so long, there might not be a quick fix. Changing hosting companies wouldn't help, either, as it's your domain that appears to be blacklisted.

Everything is laid out pretty nicely, although a quick suggestion is to remove the drop down for 'more', as there's only one sub link, so it kinda defeats the purpose. I'd also be tempted to add an extra 5px margin to the right hand side of each text container, simply so the text isn't going right up to the edge.

The banners were provided by BlackBerry at the event, they have nothing to do with us, we just put them next to our setup for photo purposes :)

Pictures - I'm working on a photo gallery that will display all the images. At the moment the 6 pictures are temporary, im aware its not ideal :banghead:

Videos - Agreed, they are shaky. We have recently purchased a HD video camera, which will give us higher quality videos.
