Bloody hell that must have taken some organising! Totally lovely :)
I as usual have a not so professional version of mine :p
If anyone knows me however don't mention it to any nice young ladies I may know. ;)
Showing this caused me a cancellation of a done dinner date tonight in Spain (just as friends of course).

Close. It was on the back of the 37 bus from Hounslow while listening to my Walkman. Who said romance was dead? :)

So that's what became of the kids from Fame!! ;) Or is this a trailer for a new series of Glee???
Seriously, the choreography alone - getting all those people (I'm assuming they're not all professional dancers! Hmm! :zip: ) to learn all the moves and put it all together in time is a pretty major achievement. And the idea is pretty genius (well, not the first time that track has been used for a proposal but this is something else!), too!
It's a "YES" from me!! :)

Interesting reaction Dazzy as I am a dancer and dance teacher, and while I think it is a genuine amateur production, there are definitely a couple of very good (and fit) dancers in that crowd.

I agree, they'd have to have a few friends who were involved in dance/theatre/the arts to have the concept and skill to put it together in the first place.

That music was involved isn't surprising, because the couple are both actors who met at an audition for “West Side Story” 3˝ years ago. Frankel landed a part and Lamb did not, but they soon began a friendship that became something more. When Lamb made the decision to propose, he felt it had to be impressive.

I think the biggest surprise to me is that I was the first to spot (or least suggest!) that it may not be a totally amateur effort!
To be fair, it's got the energy and choreography worthy of any West End performance and I think there are more than two pro/semi-pro actors/dancers/performers in that video. Not that I'm saying this a bad thing. I think this is what's lifted it above the vast of majority of "choreographed" proposals I've seen in the past.
Like I said, I like it! :)

While we're on it, anyone ever watched fancy proposal rejections on Youtube?
Some brutal clips going around.
