PDA Diary systems

I am looking to advance in life to a PDA diary system but as I understand you cant get a system where you can easily enter all the gig details and assign them to a specific date (My questioaire can be found at http://www.partytimeonline.co.uk/letsbook.htm). I am fed up with having loads of paper in a diary and having to carry it to every gig. I would rather have all my gig details stored on a PDA under a specific date ie MR SMITH, MR JONES and MR PETERS details all in my dairy system under the one date so that at the touch of a finger I can bring the details up?

Does any one have any ideas??

That or just use a file based date system, ie wednseday 3rd file contains all details. And then its just click on the right file.

Honestly, I was looking for something a little more suitable than Outlook. If you click the link to my questionaire http://www.partytimeonline.co.uk/letsbook.htm , you will see that Outlook is not quite this coplex. You cant have a drop down menue with set answers, like for the package selection.
