Mastermix Problems

I recently purchased some songs from Mastermix, but when I tried to download them I got a message "corrupt or incomplete file". So I couldn't get my songs. This was on the last day of April. I sent them an email and awaited their reply. The next day when I tried to download the songs, my account showed "download has expired". I realise that technically it was the next month, but is this normal.
I sent another email, but still no reply.

This is the third problem I've had with Mastermix. I purchased 3 songs last month, but when I downloaded them, there was only 2. And I have downloaded songs that when you download them they are completely different songs.

Can anyone recommend an alternative to Mastermix, ideally with files in WAV format.

Thought about it..... I think the database that I use won't be suitable as it requires a subscription.

super-hero, have you tried ringing Mastermix? If you explain the problem over the phone, I'm sure that they will be able to sort it out for you.

Isn't if funny how things change, I never even thought about using the phone. :o

@Lee, you are right, I don't want a subscription based service, as I don't need to download too many songs.
