Is there any one here that has OSA and uses a CPAP. I have just been diagnosed with it and have to attend a sleep clinic and be fitted for a CPAP. How long did it take you to get used to it? Any other help would be appreciated.

I am interested in your outcome as I have been told I may be suffering with the same thing.

Do the Epworth test, My Doctor said it is way accurate, Also anyone else feel tired all the time I implore you to do this test as OSA is life threatening. http://www.britishsnoring.co.uk/sleep_apnoea/epworth_sleepiness_scale.php
