Great Service - Decks.co.uk

Hi All,

After experiencing an equipment fault with a recently purchased piece of equipment, I would just like to recommend Decks.co.uk and their excellent customer service.

From contacting them about the problem, the unit was collected, inspected and replaced (ie.received by me via courier) in less than a week, with no hassle at all.
I was informed a collection and delivery time to within an hour slot on the day, which was achieved on both occasions with time to spare.

All too often we are eager to complain about poor service, which seems to be rife, but not so quick off the mark to praise the good guys.

I have no affiliation with 'Decks' at all, I have used them once in the past and went back to them more by chance than anything else, but would highly recommend.

Good to hear, but this is the way that all shops and services should deal with this situation as standard IMO.

I couldn't agree more. Unfortunately we are all so used to poor service that what should actually be the norm, is often the exception.

Yes excellent service here for me too ...... flight box was damaged and offered to replace , was only cosmetic so was offered a refund ..... good customer service
