Now that I can't play Scissor Sisters 7 times a night, what's going to replace it as the new hot floor filler?http://www.planetsmilies.com/smilies/party/party0003.gif
Afraid I've got nothing up my sleeve on this.

I have to say that the Headbangers Ball is now DEAD, deceased, gone away to join the other rock nights in the sky!!!
people complained that they couldn't listen to rock music in any of the bars, so i set up the headbangers ball, advertised it well, and.....Nothing, same 10 people everytime, and then people would complain that they missed it, so i would advertise it better and still the same 10 people, so gave up!!:( :(

You're right there was only one tune I could find that went really well and everybody knows which one! December '63. A very difficult act to follow you might say! http://www.planetsmilies.com/smilies/rolleye/rolleye0005.gif

There's so much you can do to follow it.
It's a great bridging song if you are changing genres from current chart to 70s. Follow it with the Four Season's - Oh What a Night, or the Bee Gees - Staying Alive.
Going 80s? Dolly Parton - 9 to 5. George Harrison - Got My Mind Set on You. Toni Basil - Hey Micky.
Staying With Chart - Girls Aloud - Love Machine?
