I am sooooooo tired after tonite and have to do it all again tomorrow nite. D'oh!

Anyway I was joking earlier with the bar staff that the outside metal steps leading up to fire exit door of first floor gig are very slippy when it rains. Guess what... seconds later I slipped on last step (at the top) with a 35kilo speaker in my arms.:o ... somehow i managed to hold my balance. I was very lucky.:eek:

A change of Y-fronts and I was back to normal. Dangerous job this!

Working last night- halloween party for the footy club, with my 6 year old son roadying!;)

Tonight, got a 15th birthday, 40th birthday and a leaving party in a marquee in a pub in Henley which I'm doing. Going to be a long night - 6pm start and 1am finish and I have to be up for 10:30am kick off on Sunday...:(

The good thing is, is that Pierre is coming to help me.:)

Im doing an end of season party for a local cricket club saterday night. But had the friday off. Looking a bit on the empty side from now on until december though.

All this week I have been working on "Annie" (the musical) which I'm "ASM-ing" (Assit. Stage Manager). Very dull, but nice hours 6.30-10.30 all week, but tomorrow 1pm-1am for the Matinee/Get Out d'oh :sad:

Oh well, The sun'll come out Tomorrow :)

Oh, and he's in bed now but he just yelled in to me to tell you you're a ..... no, can't type that word on the forum, but you get the gist..... he's got the flippin' some going round and round in his head as he's lying there trying to go to sleep:eek: (hee hee :D )

Nothing much on tonight, last night was an engagment do, although I only set up the PA and lighting really - there was a 'band' playing most of the night. I say band, but it was really a singer with a backing singer pretending to play keyboard - when it was blatantly obvious he wasn't playing it (if he was then Stevie Wonder eat your heart out! :eek: )
