Actually, this is really really simple and has been said lots of times before - call the client and ask them! And for future reference, why not send out a small "request" list when you take a booking - saves having to worry about what they are going to like!

That's a bit harsh, give the lad a chance!

I would say that a 60th birthday is much the same as an 18th or a 30th - There are going to be a wide range of age groups there, kids, teens, middle age, oldies, etc. Do what you would normally do and take requests on the night. Use the force Zak!

I did a last minute 18th birthday tonight and played a whole range of tracks from rock and roll, through the 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's, chart stuff.

Here's a few tracks to get you going...

Not at all harsh, just very very good advice. If you aint sure what the clientis going to like, then simply pick up the phone and ask. Great list by the way, but actually, absolutely no guarantee anyone will like any of it. Best was, harsh or not, is to talk to the client - it really REALLY does work!

Especially as the same answer was given to the same question, asked by the same person less than a month ago.http://smilies.vidahost.com/contrib/edoom/theyareontome.gif http://smilies.vidahost.com/contrib/lynx/pinkdizzy.gif
