DAC 3 controller

Used it for the first time last night. How did i manage before getting this.
Really good bit of kit if anyone was thinking of getting one.

Yeah always used a controller with my PC... Started with a Numark DMC 1 Controller with PCDJ RED 5.2 Then when i upgraded to Virtual DJ i also pgraded to the DAC 3....

Great bit of kit and makes using a computer based system so much better - and is allot easier mixing using the controller than the keyboard.

must say, i found it much easier, but do you know if it is possible to turn the pcdj deck 1 or deck 2 volume up from the dac, if you have had it on auto play?

Got 2 of these bad boys a while ago and made my life so much easier. Was a big OTS fan (no software debates again lol) but the DAC 3 swung me to PCDJ. i will never use a blasted mouse again...

If i remember rightly if you press the shift button and move the pitch slider up and down this increases and decreases the volume accordingley. it doest say this in the manual and found this out by playing around with it one day. in fact if you press shift it acts as alot of shortcuts i have a list wrote down someware which i got from pcdj.com forums.Not to sure if this works on auto-play tho..

on a side note i have a spare one of these going if anyone is interested, was going to mount this in a 4u rack system but never got round to it...
