Pioneer DJM-2000 (mic inputs)

I will be using this mixer in a bar in about 8 week’s time which I have never touched before. Had a look at the manual and looks complicated with lots of filters and effects which I will not be using anyway. One think I have noticed is that it only has one microphone input which I cannot believe as this is not a cheap mixer and sells for around £2000...!! So if i need to use a corded and a cordless mic together i will have to have another microphone mixer hooked up to it. Unbelievable for an industry standard mixer unless I am missing something here.

Yep, this mixer is not aimed at mobile DJ use for sure, certainly for clubs/super DJ's who let's face it never need more than one mic, if they need a mic at all.

The DJM2000 is far from being an industry standard, you really need to be looking at the DJM900 for an industry standard which does include 2 mic inputs.
