Recommendations for dual cd with midi

So I'm looking to buy a twin cd player with midi capability. HOWEVER this is my list of requirements:
4 channel Analog mixer section (2 for cd + 2 for laptop)
High spec sound & EQ
Price not an issue but I don't want to pay for loads of buttons for flashy effects/samples etc that I simply won't use.
I have tried the iCDMix from Numark and this has come closest but the sound's not good enough and the mixer has 2 channels which need to be assigned and I kept forgetting to flip the switch from cd to midi or vice versa. Also it was very flimsy.
Any recommendations for a unit that works really well and does what we want it to and has robust quality without all the bells and whistles?

Numark Mixdeck Quad? The build is a lot better than the iCDMix (and the base model Mixdeck).

Pioneer XDJ-R1 (better build and sound quality, but only two channels though?)

Does it have to be an all in one unit? A pair of CDJ-350's with a DJM-750 mixer? (or Denon equivalents?)

I'm sure there are other options out there?

I was so disappointed with the Numark that I'm now suspicious of the sound quality but will look at that. I want to get an all in one unit so less time spent wiring up and less clutter.

I'd be even more suspicious about the sound quality from some of the alternatives (Gemini, etc), but yeah, I know what you mean. :D
