OK chaps and chappesses,
My trusty cheap and nasty EBay jellies let me down this weekend.....they've BOTH blown up at the same time :(. They were only a tenner each and have served me well....but alas now need replacement.
This pair sit nicely behind my lycra screen frontage and compete quite nicely with my flat PAR cans which also light up the front of the rig, so they don't need to look expensive....they're just there to put a bit of pattern onto the front of the setup.
I'm looking at both Beamz and Eckho at the moment (as much as I like the ADJ Jelly Dome, there's no point in spending that much on them....they're really not that much of a feature in the setup).
The main consideration is that they must be linkable so that they both do the same thing at the same time...other DMX control really isn't that important.
So....which would you go for out of the two?
