Where are you?

Got a call at 7.55 on Saturday night just as I was finalising the set-up.

It was the groom panicking and calling to find out where I was. I said "I'm in the function suite next door if you want to pop through!"

Has anything like this ever happened to you?

I had a call from my regular hotel venue one night at 6.15 asking where I was to. Turned out that the sales office hadn't booked me for the golden wedding anniversary party that was dtarting at 7pm. Somehow I made it for a 7.30 start!!
