Hello to all,

I joined this forum quite a while ago and have learnt loads from your posts. Thought it was best I introduce so I can start asking your expert advice on a few things!

After mixing with my belt drive soundlab turntables in bedroom, I did my first wedding for my sister in 1999. I did odd bits a pieces for a while and have been a main supplier to 3 fantastic wedding venues in South Oxfordshire for the last couple of years. I am now planning on taking it a lot more seriously and actually doing a bit of marketing!

Will try not to post too many silly questions!

Cheers
Matt

Hello Matt, and welcome. Don't worry about silly questions, we've all asked them, and we still all will do. :welcome2:

Hi Matt and :welcome1:

Nearly 3 years to come in from the cold and say "hello"?? We don't bite, you know!! And, as a DJ, you shouldn't be shy! We're all here with a common interest and I promise you you'll get a lot more enjoyment from the forum by being an active/interactive member. And that goes for all the other "lurkers" out there. Come on in and join the party! ;)

As for your "silly questions" comment, I've always believed that the only silly question is the one that doesn't get asked. We've all asked questions that to others seem blindingly obvious. But sometimes we need a little help from others to get that "lightbulb" moment, the part where you think "Ah, I get it!!". Sometimes, the obvious isn't immediately, well, obvious! :daft: Don't be embarrassed to ask. It's what we're here for! :)
