Hi there, bit of a grumble here.

Signed up for the 60 day free trail of rated DJs and nothing. Decided it wasn't worth it so never paid to continue. When the money wasn't paid though they would cancel the account and all would be good however this month i found the payment was a repeat paypal debit so it got paid instead of my van insurance which caused no ends of issues for me. I've asked them for a refund but there saying it will be kept as I didn't actually cancel the account but am a bit miffed they wont refund me since were now 3 months down the line since I didn't pay to extend.

Anyone else had any dealings with them?

Sorry but you were a bit slow there. That's how most companies do it with their free trials of just about anything. Once they've got your card details you have to make sure you cancel because they sure as hell ain't going to remind you!
