What could you make from these ?

Keep looking at these and thinking I could make something from them , maybe a starburst front screen any thoughts guys or are they just a bit naff ?

They look like they'd make expensive door stoppers, and not very good ones at that! 10Watts of LEDs? I really don't think so looking at how few LEDs there are. Maybe they pull around 10W from the mains. They also don't look as if they have any means of controlling them (ugh, autopilot lights.. )

If you're hankering to make something with LEDs why not do a nice screen with a matrix of addressable LED strips? I'm pondering doing that myself in the new year.

I'm thinking naff and wouldn't have them anywhere near my set up but you could maybe do some interesting mood lighting in the kitchen or something with them?:confused:

Not sure how a light can be suitable for both home decoration and stage/club. Does that mean that my 140 watt Chauvet moving heads are suitable for my living room?

I really want to try and say something positive about them, but I honestly cannot see how you'd incorporate them into any setup.
