I wouldn't until you have to, as long as you don't charge it.

Ours is attached below with this post. (Don't ask me what’s going on with our Logo, when I convert normally it works beautifully!)

If you wanting to email off invoices/quotes and other documents to clients, we always convert to PDF, for two reasons, one being it gives a professional edge to the documents, and secondly the client cannot change what’s in a PDF, but they can change things around in Word documents etc (namingly your terms and conditions, prices etc!)

We use www.pdfonline.com, who are absolutely amazing, (despite screwing up my logo today). Very quick, and they email you the PDF.

Hope this helps.

P.S I've edited my invoice to show you what to put where (incase of confusion). Like most, we are not VAT registered either.

P.P.S: Admin, can we do something about the file size limit of PDFs (19.5kb simply isn't enough!)

Hi Will

Why not try http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp

It is freeware and is a very good bit of software. You can create a PDF from any program because it installs as a printer. When you are ready to create your PDF click File, Print and then select the PDF writer printer, click print and then tell it where you want the PDF saved. Hey presto, PDF created without having to submit to the web.
