Advice on amp's please

Hi all, i am currently using 2 EUROLIVE E1220 400 watt tops and 2 N15300B 400 watt subs, but im running them through my Dynacord powermate 600, im looking to buy an amp to get the best power / performance out of these speakers as 600W is a little quiet for me now, my question is what amp do i need to get, as im confused with Ohms and stuff, i dont want to blow anything
