I've been thinking of swapping from G Clamps to Manfrotto Super Clamps for my lights.
But I need to attach to my Equinox overhead kit - which is a square tube.
Have anyone used them on square tubes rather than round ones?
Do they grip OK?
Thanks

Absolutely great things expensive but cant recommend them enough - will clamp to anything. Use them for laser bounce mirrors and have clamped to almost everything!

I use these: http://www.globaltruss.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ItemNumber=547&MainId=9&Category=16
Don't know if they will suit your needs, but I think these are the knees of the bee.

Thanks Benny
I currently have the Equinox overhead booth, which is a square tube, rather than a round tube - so most truss style fixtures won't work.
Still debating exactly what to do with my setup - what to have overhead (if at all), and if so, on what... but for now, anything that makes it quicker and lifts it a little higher and looks tidier than a g clamp is worth doing.
