Why not ask the seller?

Because the seller doesn't know?:D:D

Sorry, I have no idea what it is though.

Looks like a take off of an Italian light.. a central halogen lamp shines through the coloured lenses (which may rotate around the unit) onto scanning mirrors. The mirrors can only move elliptically by the look of them, but they'll have the effect of swooshing beams around a bit (a technical term).

Seriously, why are you even considering this? It looks like it weighs more than the tractor it was hauled out of an early 90s nightclub with.

Got to admit - never seen anything like that before. I'd imagine looking at it that it's probably something that's supposed to be part of a permanent installation rather than for mobile use though.

If you're on Facebook, this group might be able to help you though

Vintage Disco Lights from the 70/80/90's (https://www.facebook.com/groups/441795145913684/)

Personally though, unless you're after going down the retro route, I'd steer well clear.

Looks like an 80's nightclub centrepiece to me too.

I agree with the others. It looks like an installation piece as opposed to something mobile. Those mirrors are not protected from the damage that will be caused to them by moving it around a lot.
