I reckoned it wouldnt take long.

I was subjected to a stitch up Saturday working in a pub back room where at 9pm my event stopped to be IMMEDIATELY followed by big screening of England/Russia with the whole of the pub descending into the room and pulling up chairs.

Nice enough people but trying to take your kit down when the :Censored:screen is dead centre in the room and any blocking of the screen likely to be rewarded with something flying through the air aimed at your head is annoying.

I packed down slowly, watching the current England team playing is not my idea of a good nights entertainment before anyone says sit down and enjoy--I sat through some of it only to go out the room when they conceded the equaliser.:daft:

Even worse one of our Callers had to endure all the guests looking at the game on their phones instead of joining in with dancing--guess what we now have a complaint no one was dancing.:daft:

Please tell me-- someone--its going to get better:rolleyes:

I can't believe some people would watch the euros over line dancing....

I can't believe some people are trying to watch the World Cup while the Euros are on.

It's still two years away. That length of build would rival BBC coverage of England vs. Germany.

Don't worry. England'll soon be knocked out (or disqualified) so interest will start to fade. Or will it?

I do hope so. I want to go back to normal telly.

I'm at the point now where I'm so sick of the main channels forcing sport down my throat at prime time that it actually puts me off of getting interested in it. How many times do we need MOTD on over a weekend? :sofa:

Yes this is true, my APO---LOWGEES ( BLACKADDER STYLE) HOWEVER one is easily confused when teams from Russia and Iceland are playing OR MAYBE JUST FIGHTING--WHO KNOWS?

So when exactly did they join EUROPE then:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Although I read half of Russia is in Europe allegedly----what a load of :Censored:

Iceland--is half of that in Europe.:rolleyes:

You get my drift---:daft::daft::daft:

Im a follower from 66 but the sooner England get knocked out the better, sadly they would be humiliated in the latter stages by the top teams.
