Just when I thought the Euros were not a problem with the England rubbish episode blow me down last night towards the end of a very good American Theme Night suddenly NO DANCERS.

An organiser rushed up and said a fair few of the dancers had Italian connections and they were watching the Germany/italy penalty shoot out.

For :mad:sake give me strength.

Funny you should mention this , I did a gig at my local club on saturday night 80`s/90`s evening , however everyone was either watching the football , or on their mobiles/tablets.
So just for a laugh I played one track three times on the trot , not one person noticed....:mad: , why do people need to know what everyone is doing on facebook etc, even to the point of texting someone at the other end of the bar the football score , when they are both watching the game...:Censored: , rant over....

Worked out very well actually, I got a great view of the match (altough it's quite hard to watch whilst DJing). And everybody was on the dancefloor all night fir one reason or the other!

Got a £20 tip at the end so even better.
