Weird happening last night where I was asked for 'Meghan Trainor - All About That Bass', a song which in it's heyday I played many times, but it seems to have disappeared, but lurking where I thought it wouldn't be.
To explain further - I download music to my home pc, then transfer it to my disco laptop which is my main source of music. From here I use synctoy to update my cortex hard drive and a spare hard drive I take with me - normally do this about once a month.
So back to my story, the request came in, I immediately replied Yes, looked on the cortex, nothing there. As the cortex hasn't the best search in the world, I looked on the laptop, no MP3 there either. Tried different search terms etc and nope, it's gone. As I had no mobile signal I was just about o explain when I though I would check the backup drive just in case. 3 copies of the track were there.
The mystery is, my laptop is the main storage, yet it wasn't there, the cortex is the second main, wasn't there, the backup drive (only updated last Monday) had the track :confused::confused::confused:
