Just been asked for a copy of this for an upcoming event and am not in possession of one at the moment.
It is the first event since COVID started.
Has anyone used or been asked for one of these and have an idea what one would put on them in terms of
wording ?
Are there any legal implications?
Any help would be appreciated

Not seen a completed one yet but it's something I've got to do myself at some point once more is known about when/how we're allowed to go back.

Try looking here: https://www.hse.gov.uk/coronavirus/working-safely/risk-assessment.htm

Thanks for your help

Managed to get one sorted through AMPDJ who have some templates on their site.

"If you have fewer than five employees, you don't have to write anything down, but it might help if you do. "

Well that's me sorted then :D
