In response to the question, yes i do think there should be female mobile jock's, I would like to employ one but unsure what wife would think to that....

My wife was a dj for a while, she didnt like it as the customers assumed it should be man! she got abit of abuse, so she packed it in.

Shame she was good.

maybe the only time i would consider having more than one rig if i could get a female dj to run it......

At the risk of being killed in the carpark i just think ladies in general have a much better attention to detail and are on the whole better at dealing with people than fellas and i would have thought you could bypass the testoterone fuelled "wow look at my beautiful rig isnt it brilliant?" with a lady

They are better - if my sister helps me (20 yr old and real lovely looking) - she gets more blokes coming up for requests and also knows her music pretty well so has an idea of what people want. She's also a good button pusher for 'comfort' moments when need to leave the room.

As for me - comparing her to a 36 yr old balding bloke - you can see the reasons why can't you?!
