I know someone off another forum who uses them and says they're good for the money.

However, they are 14Kg, plus another 24Kg of heads, making almost 40Kg, which is fine if you are downstairs....

yeah the weight did cross my mind. i do wish they would design lighter gear!

Stick some casters on the bottom, could help with the weight. Be easier wheeling it across big function rooms and down corridors than it would lugging it!
Plus you can stack other cases etc. on top of it which would make unloading a bit quicker. This is all well and good if there's no stairs :doh:
