what size of generator would i need to run 2 amps, crossover, dual cd player and mixer. going to be doing alot of carnival work :D

well amp takes say 2 amp, the rest about 0.5 amp, so a 1 kv generator would be fine, as long as you dont use lights

Depends on the amp as well, i've got 2 amps one draws 2 amps the other 5 amp. Same with lights check the fuse rating and then you know the maximum draw it could have then just add up. Remember to get a generator with a regulator as well, we've had a similar topic to this in the past.

what is the power consumption of the amplifiers?

make sure you spec a diesel genny with AVR, and that you have the necessary distro & ceeform cabling that will be required

my amps have no power ratings they are both 1 k
