Need help with dmx

Hi all again, we have moved into DMX which it is great fun, what i would like to know is can you have:
2 spinmaster - 1's
&
2 spinmaster - 3's
on the same control box to give a mix of more globes, I know that I can run
four of the same light on 1 control box.

Hi Paul,

If you have a standard DMX controller (not dedicated for a particular lighting effect), then you will be able to control a combination of any DMX compatible effect at the same time. Your only limit will be the number of effects your controller is capable of running.

lol just typed that but jamie beat me, faster typer lol . Im using a mix of different dmx equipment together on one controller. But that is what dmx is for. Obviously dont expect this to work using a ca8 controller or similar. But with a desk it should be no problem.
Out of curiosity what dmx console are you using?
