sounds a complex idea to me. I think thats where I went wrong with school projects like this....

LUCKY!!!

When I did mine a few years ago (for A-Level, about 5 years ago! Can't believe that!!:eek: ) I had to pay £10 but was told I would have to pay for any extras. I made an 'all-in-one' fold out disco. Paid out (well my parents did :D ) a few hundred quid for all the wood, bulbs, wires, hinges etc etc!

You've got to do something you are really passionate and it seems some kind of flight case would be right down your alley! Good luck with it!! I'll see if I can post some pics of mine (if I can find any) that could give you some inspriation.

The only thing I would suggest is that you try to 'design' it yourself rather than just building it from someone elses plans. Not sure what would happen if an examiner/teacher found out you were using someone elses design/plans (highly unlikely - but you can't be too sure!).
