Kit looks OK. I'd say ACME as the design is very similar to my Stairville movers. The only odd thing is the fans on the head :confused:
PARs don't need cooling, they would just increase noise and intake of crap and fag smoke!

How do you mean Will??? :confused:
If it's 5 ch then the table show X/Y & speed control for each (for desk without) and if it's 3 ch then it'll be dimmer / X /Y.

The X / Y seems pretty standard! I think you will only get indexing on something stupidly expensive, which this clearly isn't :D

If its only 3 channels (dimmer/pan/tilt) I would imagine your only going to get an 8 bit resolution using the fader, if its 5 channels (which the picture implies, but the text doesn't) then hopefully it would have a 16 bit resolution (dimmer/pan/tilt/pan/tilt).

Obviously these are only gueses as I won't read it again but I don't think the description was that great.

It may be like my 812 roboscans, the 2 extra channels control the speed at which x/y move, rather than a fine control (giving 16bit).
The idea is for simple desks that don't have anyform of cross fade or speed adjustment, i.e. quick change of state on a clock or music trigger. Then the extra channels allow a slower movement. Looks awful when the clock speed is faster than the mirrors can move!
The odd thing is, you would normally only have 1 ch for x/y speed and the other would be gobo/colour change speed, which aren't present on this PAR device.
