I'm not out tonight. Probably just as well.. we're still under 4 inches of snow here in South Worcestershire. Second only to Herefordshire in snowfall over the last couple of days!

Apart from the countless stranded cars, some guy decided it would be a good idea to stop on the inside lane of a dual carrageway in central Birmingham to collect a takeaway!:mad::bang::bang:

Had an absolute nightmare of a karaoke session last night, although they were happy with it, so fair enough! :)

He said it!!
You need the patience of a saint. Everyone wants to sing, and to make matters worse, it was a party for an amateur musical association - they put on shows at the theatre, last year it was Calamity Jane, this year it's going to be Fiddler On The Roof :)
So basically, the majority of them can sing, and will sing, so trying to rotate the singers fairly was mission impossible. There were also a group of girls, aged around 10-14, who were constantly at me to see when they were singing next, because obviously they didn't understand how many people were in the queue, and the timescale of how long they had to wait :(

I've had / haveing a busy weekend. My usual residency Friday night, done an afternoon 40th birthday party 2-5 today for a mentally handicapped person, then back to another one of my regular hotels this this evening (had a fantastic night, really good crowed) and then same hotel tomorrow night. Looking forward to my pay from said hotel at end of month.
