Lighting Truss Help

I have the Oddessy TRIPOD LIGHT STAND W/ 10 FOOT TRUSS. I keep braking the stupid plastic pieces and last night at the Bridal Show I broke 2 more and my lights started to slide down the pole. So I am now wanting to get a better more heavey duty trussing system. I am wanting this one AMERICAN DJ DURA TRUSS TRIANGLE TRUSS SYSTEM. Has any one bought this one or have you used it? It can handle upto 300lbs evenly distributed weight. I need to buy it tommorow for a show this weekend. Thanks in advance.

As far as I'm aware, these are makes we don't have here, but the wind up stands and proper truss look infinatly better than the first picture.

You can never be too careful when it comes to an over head gantry.

I would never but cheap.

Went out last night for the first time with the Prolight version of the second picture - £179 from www.discoworlduk.com- had 10 lights on it, no problems of any kind --- the poles, once up, had safety locking pins to keep them there.

They deliver to UK FOC - ask them, they may ship to the US!
