help with scanners

ok so my first set of scanners are the dynamo party scanners. Ok i have the ca-8 controller, and have managed to get sound to light, but only the gobos and colours change, how do i get the mirrors to move?

Ermm.. were these second hand by any chance?? Sounds like there might be a fault..

well, yes but quietly, i havnt set up the speakers, just from the laptop. Does it need louder music? I guess so.

They do need louder music otherwise they will just change colour and gobo. Try clapping very close to the master or tapping the mic on the master.

ok thanks, yes, when i clapped they changed colour and gobo, but no moving mirrors, i will set up the speakers.
