Recently iv built up a PA suitable for larger venues, with a compact amp rack. What does everyone recon? ;

AMP RACK
1 x DBX Driverack PA Speaker Management System
1 x W-Audio DAP 1100 (2 x 525w @ 4ohms)
1 x Crown XS1200 (Bridged Mono 3000w)

Speaker System
2 x Twin 15 speakers with 15" eminence deltalite drivers and 1" Exit Eminence neodymium Compression Horn.
2 x 18" Bins (previously B1800x pros) replaced drivers with Eminence Kilomax 18's and bypassed crossover.

Looks good apart from those Kilomax drivers. They are very inefficient and require a very large cabinet to work properly, and the B1800s are pretty small as far as I know.

better with neodymium 18" drivers then?

No, probrably one of the PD models, such as the 186.

yeah, they're only 700w though. couldnt exactly run it at the power that the xs1200 puts out could i?

No, but you could simply run the amp in stereo instead of bridge.

I think you would be better off with a 1.25" or 2" compression driver (rcf maybe) with a 2 x 15 cab and do you think 525watts per channel would be enough to power these up?
Eminence as mentioned above are not very efficient! have you concidered b&c drivers if you havn't heard of them they are the company that supply turbosound & martin audio with cone drivers they do 18" drivers up to 2000watts (program) and are a lot cheeper than pd avalable from proel.
