Hi,
The new ones will be around 4-5 weeks.
Give me a shout then and we can arrange replacements.
As you can see by the time you have been using these clamps the
reliability is great. We have had less than 0.1% fail.
Best regards
Andrew.

Andrew,
I have been reading on a forum about the MK1 quick clamps and the safety issue and am very worried about mine and the safety of my customers.
Your letter posted on the forum said.
“Any customer who is concerned about the clamps can return the MK1 to us and have it replaced”
I have 8 clamps and would like to return them for the new MK2 versions, please can you let me know the process for replacement and also can you let me know the turn around time as you can appreciate they are required for work at weekends and needs to have a quick replacement.
Best Regards
