Have noticed that another website bears a striking resemblence to mine in places (word for word) have emailed him to ask him to remove them as its copywritten.

Haven't had a reply, any advice on next steps?

ive had this alot give him/her 7 days to remove the material if not give them a ring and ask bit harder to ignore a phonecall ....
