funny old night

last night did a disco in a large hall,nothingstrange with that. Girls 15th, ok so far.
Only 25 guests, all girls and no lads. Very strange night.
They did however dance all night, which helped, but boy did it drag

Lol had a 21st like this only around 20 - 30 poeple turned up was ment to be around 200 people lol. Nice girl mind you only the girls up dancing all night tho guys just sat drinking the beer lol only time one guy moved was when Lit x came on on the words was " What am i " SEXY " Tell Me Agin " SEXY lol he thougth alot of himself.

Must have been the night of funny old nights.

I had one too.

Lovely bride and groom who thanked me profusely after, but not many on the dance floor at all.

Took my brand new laptop on the road after testing it for a couple of days and the software crashed as I was playing the first dance song. The song played 'till the end and luckily I had the other lappy ready, so carried on with that.

well turned out to be a blinder 2 hour set got given a RIGID PLAYLIST of 23 songs mainly 90s dance and then filled the last half hour with the songs that they actually all wanted to dance to .... mix of cheese and modern.....

We did a chocolate fountain for a wedding last night - love the chance to have a nosey at the entertainment when it's not me!

They had a "band" so to speak - two speakers and a microphone and a bass amp I think. No lighting no nothing. Spoke to one of the band who had "mixed up a few CD's of guaranteed wedding dance music on his PC before he came" and after a couple of live songs, pressed play and went to the bar.

No lighting, no interaction - no wonder we get a hard time in the wedding industry!
